Director Tracey Massie is a Refueling Coach who has had a passion for the health industry for most of her life, having worked in the families organic store Foodwise Organics for nearly a decade. Tracey is deeply passionate about using quality ingredients to produce beautiful enriching yet easy to do family friendly meals . Mixing the very best nature has to offer along with love ; inspired by her family, Trace philosophy is built on simplicity and the magic of how food has the medicinal properties to heal without compromising on taste. In addition to this Tracey believes that a focus on prevention and feeling the immune system, is a powerful way of ensuring the family and therefore community remains strong , robust and ultimately healthy - this is the cornerstone of her philosophy and it is no surprise that …. Tracey and Kris met at Foodwise Organics when Kris was playing elite sports in the AFL for the Adelaide Crows in which he became extremely unwell , diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and was recommended to try eating organically . From there Tracey and Kris now have 3 children and live an extremely healthy lifestyle and inspire others to do the same ....

Moving , Refueling & Loving are the pillars of the Chi lifestyle and we welcome anyone who is serious about making quality yet sustainable positive changes.

🍷 Congratulations Theoni! 🍷

When Theoni Tsiaousis first reached out to the Chi Train - Move • Refuel • Love , she was carrying something a lot of people carry silently: the fear of not being enough, of always being behind. She’d tried other programs before and always felt the same thing, that everyone else seemed further ahead. As she puts it, “Everyone always seemed so far ahead of where I was. It made me feel like I wasn’t worthy.”

What changed everything was a simple idea Kris shared with her early on: at CHI, you do you, at your own pace, with movements modified to meet you where you are. Nine months later, that idea has become her reality. “Chi has given me a place where I don’t feel judged for where I am. I feel supported to work at my own pace and encouraged to keep moving forward.”

Through vertigo episodes and early alarms at 5:45am, through freezing mornings at Light Square and the drive straight to work in Marion after, Theoni kept showing up. “Movement is medicine” is a phrase that’s stayed with her ever since. Some days felt impossible, by her own admission, but the support around her carried her through. “I am learning that resilience isn’t just surviving difficult things. It is also about choosing myself, showing up, trying something new, and discovering that I am stronger than I thought I was.”

What keeps her here is the community. “Nobody expects to be perfect. Nobody wants ‘sorry.’ You don’t have to have it all together.” She simply describes it as being encouraged to show up, give what she can, and keep growing. “Chi is so much more than exercise. It resonates with me because it’s about mindset, setting goals, resilience, connection, and becoming the best version of myself.”

It means so much to her that she’d want the same for her own son. “I would love him to experience the sense of community and belonging that CHI has given me... surround yourself with people who want to see you become the best version of yourself. That’s what I want for my son.”

Theoni, huge congratulations on your Harts Award thanks to Hart of the Barossa . So well earned. 🙌

Chi STATUES 🗿

Didn’t expect this one to take off the way it has.

A few months back we started something small on a Monday, everyone holding their position, dead still, together as a group. No talking. No fidgeting. Just presence.

It’s become one of the many fun and enjoyable parts of training at Chi.

This week’s commitment from the group said everything. People showing up, holding the stillness, and doing it together. That’s the whole game right there, discipline in the small moments builds the big ones….. especially when there is a trolly 🚎 in the water of the City of Adelaide

So here’s a question for the Kris & Tracey Massie • community driven health & fitness community.

Are there any epic statue or landmark spots around the City of Adelaide you reckon we should take Monday Statues to next? Drop your suggestions below, keen to hear where this could go.
