Big things start below ground.

At St Francis of Assisi, the next phase is kicking off with footing excavations, service trenches and conduit installation before the slab is poured.

This 450sqm project is being delivered over a 9-month construction program in collaboration with Mavtect Architects, Arke Engineering, Lucid Engineers and Trice Project Management. A great team effort bringing this vision to life.

Our team has been working closely with project partners to deliver the next phase of works at Topcoat Topcoat Asphalt

With the frames now up, the project is moving into first-fix services get underway.

A fire wall has been constructed to separate the office from the warehouse, while preparations are also in full swing for the outdoor dining area.

As always, our focus remains on delivering a quality outcome for our client Topcoat Asphalt.

Our two-tenancy warehouse development in Edinburgh North has reached practical completion.
 
This $1.85 development includes two premium office spaces with amenities and adjoining warehouses spanning 1,124 m².
 
Delivered in eight months, it’s fantastic to see another high-quality addition to one of the north’s fastest-growing industrial precincts, that will support small businesses that need practical and flexible space for their operations.

The Nectar Residence is light-filled with soft pastel tones, elegant marble and timeless sophistication.
 
The Amber Residence, in contrast, is a moody, richly layered retreat, defined by warm timbers, marble and dark, textured finishes.
 
Completion is expected December 2026.

Meet Paul Lewis, the man keeping things moving at our JJ’s Waste & Recycling project. JJ's Waste & Recycling

As Site Manager, Paul coordinates trades, keeps the program on track, and makes sure everything runs smoothly on site.

We’re making great progress, with the fuel station steel structure now erected and works continuing on the office building under Paul’s leadership.

This one has a bit of wow factor.

With high-spec finishes, a street-facing mezzanine and two EV chargers, every element has been designed to create a warehouse that goes beyond the standard industrial offering.

With 730m² of warehouse space and a premium fit-out throughout, it’s a project that delivers on both capability and aesthetic.

Team FORM hit pause on the day-to-day for a team development day packed with fun, a bit of healthy competition and important conversations about where we’re heading.

We kicked things off at The Bend with go-karting, where Brendan Day claimed top spot on the podium! Then we spent time on our values with Nat from Bloom Leadership before getting stuck into a strategy session with Simon Starr. 

It was a great chance to step back, share ideas, challenge each other’s thinking and make sure we’re all moving in the same direction as FORM continues to grow. 

While there can only be one winner on the track, we’re all on the same team. 🏁

A heritage gem in the making at Beehive Corner! Take a look at our progress with Tom from Tom Annetts Carpentry.
 
We’re transforming this beautiful character building into two luxury short-stay accommodation suites.
 
We’ve now completed major structural upgrades to the floor, including strengthening works and relaying the flooring to set the project up for the next stage.
 
Working in a heritage building always comes with its fair share of complexity, but that’s all part of what makes projects like this so rewarding. With a team of quality trades on site, we’re giving this landmark building the attention it deserves.

FORM has commenced construction of the new St Francis of Assisi Church in Christies Beach, a $2.8 million development designed to create a welcoming community space.
 
The 483m² facility will feature a café area, commercial style kitchen, four ancillary rooms and a beautiful central courtyard at its heart.
 
It’s a privilege to be involved in a project that will serve the community for years to come. Completion is expected in March 2027.
