DesignWell Joins Tract Consultants.
DesignWell Landscape Architects are excited to announce that we have made the important business decision to join forces with national landscape architecture firm Tract Consultants as of July 2022.
We are excited to join Tract to ensure the continuation of our thought leadership and to bolster our capacity to deliver the important work that we do, designing therapeutic landscapes across Australia.
As you know, DesignWell are an internationally award-winning landscape architectural firm with a specialist focus on healing and therapeutic design for the health care, senior living and education sectors. Coming together with Tract will enable our team to integrate our important specialist knowledge across a greater range of projects including large hospitals, senior living developments and social housing where healing and therapeutic landscapes have been struggling to get the recognition they deserve.
DesignWell Director, Tara Graham-Cochrane joins Tract as Principal Landscape Architect teaming with Principals, Heath Edwards and Nathan Noack to complete the dynamic Tract Adelaide leadership team.
“This move is an exciting next step for DesignWell. Building on our strong health, senior living and education portfolios, we are excited to broaden the reach of our specialist skills into projects that have been unattainable previously as a smaller design firm. Joining forces with Tract opens many more doors and we cannot wait to further expand our passion for healing and therapeutic landscapes.”
Tara Graham-Cochrane, DesignWell Director
“Tract is thrilled to welcome DesignWell into the Tract fold, cementing our successful, collaborative working relationship. Given our experience working previously with Tara, we are confident that the DesignWell team are a great cultural fit for Tract – both in the sectors that we work in and how we work with our clients.
The move signals continued growth for Tract nationally, with our team now numbering over 200 professionals, as the national scope of our practice further embraces Healing and Therapeutic design within our burgeoning Health and Education portfolios”.
