We’re thrilled to announce that our Tapestry project at Bowden has won the Medium Density category at the 2025 Master Builders SA Building Excellence Awards.

Judges praised Tapestry as “exemplifying innovation, sustainability and excellence in design and delivery; a standout of what can be achieved when a shared commitment to quality comes together.”

Developed by Renewal SA, and designed by Studio Nine Architects, the project features 24 townhouses built to a 5 Star Green Star standard – a significant achievement in the residential sector.

Thank you to our consultants, delivery partners, and the Centina team, especially Max, Emily, Trent and Delvin, for bringing this project to life.

This recognition highlights the collaboration, dedication, and commitment to quality across the project.

It also marks our second MBA Award this year, following Emily’s commendation in May for the Women’s Hi Viz Rising Star Award.

Following a competitive tender process, Centina are excited to announce we've been appointed the contractor for Detmold Group's new global headquarters and office building in Regency Park.

As Paul Nardinocchi, Managing Director of Centina said, "The Detmold win for Centina is one of those moments that matters."

This partnership reflects our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability and supports our continued growth as a local, South Australian family business, building not just structures, but lasting community connections.

The 5,100m², three-storey, steel-framed complex will feature A-grade office space for 240 staff, including formal and informal meeting spaces with an open-plan design, breakout areas, on-site parking, end-of-trip facilities, and an onsite café, opening onto a spacious, green outdoor terrace designed for year-round enjoyment.

The building will adopt green design features to maximise natural lighting and ventilation and shading for energy efficiency, wellbeing and comfort, along with rainfall harvesting and recirculation.

Centina is proud to be partnering with Adenium Living, a leader in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), to deliver two tranches of innovative, inclusive housing across Adelaide.

We were engaged by Adenium in mid-2024 through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to assist with planning and development documentation and bring Adenium’s vision to life.

Tranche 1, featuring 17 homes across sites in Elizabeth, Salisbury, Broadview, Ferryden Park, Seaton, Marion, Hackham and Morphett Vale, is well underway. The first handover is complete, with four more sites scheduled for handover in June.

Tranche 2 has just commenced with construction starting this week on 10 homes across four sites in Royal Park, Flinders Park, Broadview, and Hackham.

This investment by Adenium reflects our shared commitment to building housing that meets a wide range of NDIS standards including ‘Improved Livability,’ ‘Fully Accessible,’ ‘High Physical Support,’ and ‘Robust’ categories.

A big thank you to Adenium for their trust in Centina to bring their next-generation SDA housing to life and create vibrant, inclusive communities for people with a disability.

Aligned with our vision to positively impact communities and showcase the potential of the construction industry Julie has recently joined Centina as Head of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement to lead our corporate communications and engagement strategies.

With extensive experience in brand strategy and partnerships, Julie has led the marketing for over 30 residential, commercial, and industrial property projects across South Australia and NSW as well as worked on brand campaigns for companies in the construction, defence, space, aged care, professional services, retail and NFP industries.

Educated at both University of Adelaide and University of South Australia, a Telstra Business Woman Award finalist, and Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate, Julie also holds several Board positions, including as a Non-Executive Director of RSPCA South Australia.

Congratulations to Believe Housing Australia, winner of the 2025 Urban Development Institute of Australia (National) Awards for Excellence Affordable Housing Award for their Mansfield Park development.

Centina partnered with Believe on the building of this project which featured 37 social and affordable housing outcomes, including Specialist Disability Accommodation built to improved Livability Standards.

The Award was announced last night at the UDIA National Gala dinner in Brisbane and we couldn't be prouder.

Euca , a collection of 25 boutique townhomes overlooking a park, is more than just a residential project - it's a true public-private partnership.

Nestled in Australia Reserve in Modbury, this community-focused development has been brought to life by Centina in collaboration with the City of Tea Tree Gully , developer Kolabb, and GreenState Agency.

The newly landscaped park is now open to the public and features a playground, spacious lawn areas, beautiful trees, and new pathways.

After successfully completing the footings and structural steel phases on the townhomes, we’ve now entered the framing stage. In the coming months, buyers can expect to see brickwork, scaffolding, and roofing installed as the development takes shape.

With construction in full swing, we’re looking forward to seeing euca evolve in 2025.

Findon Urban Renewal Project - The project was designed to give the purchasers a bespoke design feel with articulating facades consisting of texture coated Hebel and a range of alternative bricks. Each home has been innovatively designed to utilize the spaces provided, efficiently and effectively.
