This is more than just a management position.

You’ll be responsible for helping run the day to day operation of the business, leading our team, improving systems, managing performance and working closely with the Business Owners to drive growth.

🔧 Managing day to day operations
👷 Leading plumbers, apprentices, office staff & subcontractors
📅 Overseeing scheduling and workflow
📈 Monitoring productivity, profitability & KPIs
💰 Assisting with job costing and financial performance
⚙️ Improving systems and processes
🤝 Managing customers, suppliers and contractors
👥 Supporting recruitment, training & staff development
🎯 Driving accountability and team performance
