Three Generations. One Fairmont Story. It started in the early 1990s. Maddison's parents put a Fairmont sign in the ground and started building their first home.

Maddison grew up in that house. Family dinners. Birthday parties. Bikes left on the lawn. When her parents built again in 2000, they didn't shop around. They already knew who they were building with.

Skip forward to 2025 and Maddison and her husband's story has come full circle, now they’re the ones picking up those bikes for their kids in their Fairmont home.

Three decades. Three builds. Three generations. “Fairmont has been part of our family journey. It’s a story of trust, tradition, and homes that truly stand the test of time. And now, the next chapter is being written by our three little boys who will one day look back and say, I grew up in a Fairmont home too.” - Maddison.
