'Oops... We did it again' - So super proud to be taking home the winners trophy for the Australian TRADES small business champion awards 2026, held last weekend in Sydney for Landscaping.

What an honour to not only receive the small business earlier this year but to back it up with the trades awards is an unbelievable feeling.

We are so proud of each and every one of our team and can't do any of it without them!! (Yes, you get another pub lunch! 😅❤️).

DLM Daldry Landscape Maintenance is looking for dedicated team members eager to jump into all aspects of outdoor work, from residential and commercial landscapes to irrigation and maintenance. If you thrive in nature and want to make a tangible difference in outdoor spaces, we’d love to hear from you!

As part of our team, you’ll receive on-the-job training from our experienced senior staff, helping you build skills that range across our field. While a driver’s license is essential, no previous experience is necessary—just a great attitude, motivation, and enthusiasm for the work we do.

We’re proud of our diverse team and encourage applicants of all ages and backgrounds to apply. At DLM, we’re looking for someone who’s not only physically fit and capable of good communication but also polite, motivated, and enthusiastic about providing outstanding service.
