Our award-winning St Peters Display Home recently became the backdrop for EC Carpets’ new rug collection — a fitting collaboration, with EC Carpets already underfoot throughout the home.

A product we regularly specify across Regent homes, their flooring forms part of the layered material palette at St Peters, bringing warmth and softness to the interiors.

A considered approach to multi-residential design.

Currently under construction in Hazelwood Park, Cooper Place will bring three new residences to one of Adelaide’s most established eastern suburbs.

Across the development, careful consideration has been given to how each home responds to the site — from orientation and natural light to privacy, landscaping and the relationship between each residence.

Construction is progressing towards an anticipated mid-2027 completion, with the residences to be released to market.

We look forward to sharing more of Cooper Place as it takes shape.
