Totally agree, not to mention unavoidable State Stamp Duty payable on changes if corporatised

Master Builders Australia is calling out the ill-considered proposal by the Federal Government that could force thousands of small businesses in building and construction to restructure. Costing tens of thousands of dollars, with flow on effects for housing supply and affordability.

It has been quite a wet winter and this has made it difficult to keep schedule, especially with painting, but the hard-working team have recently completed a number of fences thus; Capped Picket with Sliding Gate and Emu single gate at Peterhead (paint By Owner), new Emu Wire with Gates in Balaklava, new Emu Woven Wire with Gates at Hazelwood Park (final painting by owner to be completed)) and a Picket renovation at Bowden. The last photos are a part-constructed, painting By Owner, Capped Picket with miniflute fence at Peterhead, in nearby Exeter a before and after of stage one 1st fixed new Emu Woven Wire fence/gates and lastly a first fixed new Emu Woven Wire in Colonel Light Gardens (awaiting Gates and Wire, whilst the owner conducts landscaping and paving works.)

Thank you to customer Michelle from Strathalbyn who nominated a picket fence we constructed last year for an Alexandrina Council Heritage Award - which won! The fence was a tricky project where we decided to keep some of the existing posts and low wall, then construct a heritage-compliant new Pointed profile picket fence, with new Rails, Feature Posts plus extend the fence to incorporate driveway Gates and a side yard fence and Gate. All designed to compliment the modest Victorian-era cottage and fully painted by the hard working HF crew in "Broken White".
We were unable to attend the main awards presentation some time ago but I was pleased to attend a small catch-up yesterday at Goolwa to see Michelle receive her award. Special thanks to Pippa Buckberry for her heritage input and Alexandrina Council for some of the images, Mayor Keith Parkes and other council staff.

A new Emu Woven Wire front fence in an inner south western suburb complete with large rolling Style ‘G’ gate to the wide paved driveway plus a separate single access gate. All in Classic Cream powder coat and paint with matching Superior Letterbox (made here in SA).
