As we draw near to the end of the year, we’d like to extend our appreciation to all our clients, collaborators, and our incredible team for contributing to another successful and rewarding year.

2025 has been one of our biggest yet, marked by major milestones and growth, including:

Official registration with the Architectural Practice Board of SA

Director Elia Mavrou’s successful completion of the Experienced Practitioner Pathway to Registration

Launching our new website and branding

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and even more excited about what lies ahead. Our team will be taking a well-deserved break from December 19th to January 5th to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones.

We’re proud to share that Mavtect Designs is now officially registered with the , following our Director Elia Mavrou’s successful completion of the Experienced Practitioner Pathway to registration.

While our service model and client experience remain the same, this achievement reinforces what our clients, collaborators, and partners already know us for: timely, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions, now with an expanded offering in contract administration, project management, and complex architectural delivery on a variety of project scales and typologies.

This milestone is a meaningful step in our firm’s growth journey; one driven by our commitment to professional development and the continued evolution of our design capability.

A key motivation behind pursuing registration was to create a pathway for our talented team to work toward their own architectural registration, further strengthening the breadth and depth of expertise within our studio.
