This week, Rob Verguizas, Jason Treloar, Molyvan Lim and Paul Manks from our team caught up with our South Australian distributor TotalBuildingSystems and the contractors, Legend Plus, to visit an impressive project that will transform Adelaide’s city skyline.

This exciting redevelopment project will introduce 645 purpose-built student accommodation rooms and establish a new benchmark for lifestyle living in the CBD.

Wee Hur Holdings Pty Ltd is working alongside Synergy Construct to deliver a new 29-storey tower at 188 Grenfell Street, and “Siniat. The One” is supplying full plasterboard and metal systems.
