SALVAGE & ASSET RECOVERY SPECIALIST – DEMOLITION INDUSTRY

Do you have a background in demolition, construction, building, or recovery and know how to spot value where others see waste?

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the salvage side of our residential and commercial demolition projects.

This is not a standard labouring role. You’ll be the person walking sites, identifying valuable materials and assets, finding opportunities before demolition starts, coordinating recovery activities, and helping maximise the value recovered from each project.

You’ll need:

Strong demolition, construction, or site experience
The ability to assess sites independently
A good eye for valuable materials, equipment, and salvage opportunities
Practical problem-solving skills and confidence working on your own
This is an opportunity for someone who understands the industry and wants a role where their knowledge, initiative, and experience actually make an impact.

WE’RE HIRING - Heavy Diesel Mechanics / Diesel Fitters

We are looking for experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics / Diesel Fitters to join our team across our Crushing Yard and Recycling Operations.

This is not dealership work or light vehicle servicing. You’ll be working on heavy mobile plant, trucks, crushing equipment and machinery that keeps our operations running every day.

The role will involve:
• Breakdown repairs and fault finding
• Preventative maintenance and servicing
• Repairs and maintenance across heavy plant and equipment
• Keeping critical machinery operating safely and efficiently

We are looking for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving and working on a variety of heavy equipment.
