Yeah, we weren’t expecting that…

The first few weeks of business have been a bit of a whirlwind.

⚒️ A lot of quote requests (somewhere between 70-100, it’s honestly hard to keep track!)
⚒️ Multiple jobs completed
⚒️ Ute broke down
⚒️ Bought a new Ute! Yay!
⚒️ Connected with so many beautiful people, thank you all for your patience with us

To say it’s been overwhelming is a bit of an understatement. Finally feeling like we’re on a bit of a roll.

It’s so hard for me not to call the Ute a Truck… a debate Blake and I are constantly having 😂

We are excited to announce the re-launch of our business, In A Pinch Property Maintenance.

We began our business in Canada in 2021, and successfully operated there until we moved back to the Adelaide Hills in 2023. Since then, Blake has been accruing his time in Australia to qualify for his CBS license.

We are a husband and wife team based in Macclesfield. Blake grew up in Blackwood and I in Canada.

Blake is skilled in all things property maintenance, 2nd fix carpentry, and non structural demolition. During his time spent working as a groundsman at Mount Barker High School he gained a ton of landscaping and lawn care skills on top of countless repair jobs (got to love angsty teens 😅). While he was a site manager for residential builds, he built a network of reliable trades people we can call upon if something falls out of our scope.

If we can’t do it, we know someone reliable and trustworthy to do it for you.

I handle all back of house administration and client care 🥰 I have a lot of work to do setting up this business (website, CRM, accounting etc) and Blake needs something to do. Help me put him to work! Available to complete jobs from Wednesday next week.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional property maintenance with customer service to match.
