This week’s job in Happy Valley, completed for an extension.

Installed 0.48mm Fielders Woodland Grey TL5 roof sheets with 55mm blanket insulation underneath.

Purlins set at 900mm centres, with the 0.48mm steel selected to allow for future solar installation and heavy foot traffic.

Also installed a Woodland Grey fascia gutter and 90mm downpipe.

Leak investigation job completed today in Craigburn Farm

Customer had water getting in from underneath the solar panels. We teamed up with Mosaic Electrical to remove the solar system safely, inspected the roof, found 2 broken tiles and replaced them before reinstalling the solar panels.

Just wrapped up a job in Eden Hills last week.

Out with the old rusted brown belt roof and in with a fresh upgrade. We replaced the existing box gutter with a wider, deeper design to better handle water flow, installed new insulation/moisture barrier, added a few extra timber purlins, and finished it off with new roof sheets using Fielders KingKlip 700 in Zincalume.

A recent job in Happy Valley where we replaced the old gutters with Fielder 125 D gutters in Colorbond Monument, along with new 75 mm downpipes. We also painted the fascias and downpipes and added a few extra skylights to the verandah to bring more natural light into the space.
