LAUNDRY RENOVATION 😮‍💨

I think my favourite one yet! Swipe to the end to see what we upgraded from!!

Able to relocate the existing HWS service to outside, allowing much more space for the upgraded laundry!

Love the clients choice of cabinetry, tiles and general aesthetic of the space! They also chose to get their hands a little dirty and do most of the demolition process themselves!!

HOT WATER SERVICE UPGRADE 🔥

No hot water? 12 year old unit? Yep, it’s time for an upgrade! So out with the old gas storage unit and in with a new Thermann Instantaneous gas unit!

Now nothing wrong with the old unit’s efficiency roughly 4-5 energy rating but you can upgrade to a 6-7 energy rating (and never run out of hot water 👀)

Next time you’re having trouble with your HWS or maybe wondering if your ceiling unit or indoor unit could be replaced to outside! Give me a call to discuss possible options, to keep the bills lower and the water hot 🔥

Note: I won’t leave a huge hole in your wall!! Few options, metal flashing to cover exisiting hole which the new unit can be mounted to or in this case the client chose to get the space bricked up to act like it was never there!!

ROOF LEAK SOLVED ✅

Where tile meets tin is always a tricky situation. Existing bitumen mastic/tar and old lead flashing has finally failed!! Although it had done its job for a LONG time there is a point where you need out with the old and in with the new!!

Installation of a new zinc flashing to help seal this roof space which has been leaking into the living room area. Cut and sealed to give that perfect transition from your tiled roof to your tin roof but more importantly to STOP that water getting into your house and causing damage!

Winter is approaching if not already here!! 🥶
Don’t wait to get that leak fixed get in early to potentially save further damage to your home!
