Massive shout out to Cody Pfitzner, our Employee of the Month. Cody has been stepping up in a big way, leading from the front, guiding our apprentices, and showing real initiative on site. He has been problem solving independently, getting things done to a top standard, and maintaining an all around positive vibe. It has been great having that energy on the team. Well done Cody.

🔨 NEW APPRENTICE ALERT 🔨

We’d like to officially welcome Cody Bell to the JL Tiling team!

Cody started with us on Work Experience and straight away showed he’s keen, switched on and not afraid to get stuck in. He’s been asking questions, thinking ahead and showing real initiative on site which is exactly what we look for.

He’s already on the tools cutting tiles and getting hands-on experience, and we’re looking forward to watching him grow into a quality tradesman.

First job on the list though… book a haircut mate 😆✂️

Belated… but well deserved

A bit late on this one not by choice, but the government finally caught up and Jordan has officially received his apprenticeship certificate.
Sorry it took so long mate, but the achievement is no less massive.

Watching Jordan grow from day one into the tiler he is now has been unreal. His skill level, work ethic, attention to detail and pride in his work have turned him into an elite tradesman, and I couldn’t be prouder of the bloke he’s become.

This industry isn’t easy, and to stick it out, learn it properly, and come out the other side at this level says a lot about his character. Massive congratulations Jordan, well earned and only the beginning.

🏆 Employee of the Month Again! 🏆

A huge shoutout to Josh for taking out employee of the Month once again. He has been absolutely smashing it lately, really stepping up, showing initiative, and now excelling in his tiling. The improvement and confidence he’s developed over the past few months has been unreal.

Josh, you’re becoming a genuinely solid tiler and a massive asset to the team. Keep it up mate – very proud of you. 👏
