Best location we’ve ever been lucky enough to work at.
This project consisted of
- Full demolition of existing two tiered deck and frame.
- Reframe into one level.
- Millboard ‘smoked oak’ decking to finish with bullnose board picture frame and step.

Minimal access for materials and rubbish removal but the boys did a great job.

- Feature batten fences to close off the front and backyards including 2 access gates and double vehicle gates.
- Batten wall with a solid door and electronic lock.
