💦 WE’RE HIRING – SENIOR & JUNIOR POOL SERVICE TECHNICIANS 💦
Pool & Property is growing and we’re looking for two people to join our service team across Adelaide’s north-eastern and northern suburbs.
We’re currently recruiting for:
🔹 Senior Pool Service Technician
An experienced technician who can work independently, confidently diagnose pool and equipment issues, manage a busy service run and deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
🔹 Junior Pool Service Technician / Trainee
No previous pool industry experience is required. We’re looking for someone practical, reliable and keen to learn. You’ll receive hands-on training in pool servicing, water chemistry, equipment, fault finding and customer service.
The roles will include:
• Residential pool servicing and cleaning
• Water testing, chemical balancing and dosing
• Pool equipment inspections and maintenance
• Pumps, filters, chlorinators and heating equipment
• Equipment repairs, replacements and installations
• Diagnosing water quality and equipment issues
• Customer service and advice
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment
• Completing job records and follow-up requirements
For our Senior Technician, we’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong previous pool industry experience
• Has excellent water chemistry knowledge
• Is confident fault finding and repairing pool equipment
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Takes pride in their workmanship
• Is reliable, organised and looking for a long-term position
For our Junior / Trainee position, we’re looking for someone who:
• Is keen to learn a trade-style technical role
• Is practical and comfortable working with tools
• Has a strong work ethic and good attitude
• Is reliable and punctual
• Communicates well with customers
• Is willing to learn water chemistry and pool equipment
• Wants the opportunity to develop into a qualified and experienced pool technician
A background in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, irrigation, maintenance or another hands-on industry would be advantageous for the junior role, but is not essential.
