Exterior Demarcation and Epoxy Flooring - WA

Works completed over multiple weeks alongside Adam from Tier1 Coatings on multiple mining projects throughout rural Western Australia. A huge thank you to Adam for providing me with the opportunity to build my knowledge, develop my skills, and gain valuable hands-on experience in epoxy flooring and demarcation work.

Epoxy Floor and Exterior Painting - Davoren Park

Here are the before and after photos of a recently completed project for a client who wanted to restore the entrance concrete, balustrades and brickwork. Following thorough surface preparation, we applied a light grey UV-resistant epoxy coating with an anti-slip aggregate to the concrete, delivering a durable, uniform finish. The rusted balustrades were also restored and coated in Monument, giving them a clean, modern appearance and a significant improvement over their previous condition. The completed project has transformed the entrance and greatly enhanced the property’s overall presentation.

Exterior Painting - Largs North

A sunny day today spent in Largs North preparing and painting these rafters and frames for our client, getting them ready for the placement of shade cloth for their outdoor entertaining area. Extra care and preparation were taken to correct the poor priming completed by the builder, as well as to ensure all sides of the timbers were properly primed and painted, ready to handle Adelaide’s varying weather conditions. Looking forward to returning in the coming weeks to complete more interior and exterior work for this client.

Exterior Repaint - Collinswood

The first stage of a conjoined townhouse repaint completed for a client in Collinswood. Fresh coats were applied to all painted surfaces bringing back some colour and life to the heavily faded render. The final result is a bright and elegant finish.

Bedroom Repaint - Seaton

A recent bedroom repaint was completed for a client in Seaton where Dulux 'Lavender Pillow' was applied to the walls, alongside a fresh coat of ceiling white, the skirtings and architraves were finished in Vivid White satin to create an elegant contrast.
