A quick favour from our customers 🙏

Unfortunately, Camilleri Concrete was targeted by a fake-review scam this week.

Within a short period, we received multiple negative Facebook recommendations from people we have never worked for, all posting virtually the exact same review.

Shortly afterwards, I received a WhatsApp message from someone overseas pointing out that our recommendation rating had dropped to 60%, before kindly offering to remove the negative reviews and add 50 positive reviews for $150. 😂

Obviously, we didn’t pay them.

We’re concrete contractors — we’re not paying scammers. Although if I ever find out who’s behind it, I reckon a nice pair of concrete shoes might be in order. 😂

For legal purposes, that’s a joke. We mostly do driveways. 😂

The fake reviews have now been deleted, but unfortunately they did some damage to our Facebook recommendation rating in the process.

So I’m asking a small favour from anyone we’ve genuinely done concrete work for over the years:

If you were happy with the job we did, we’d really appreciate you taking a minute to leave Camilleri Concrete an honest Facebook recommendation/review. ⭐️

We’ve built this business from the ground up (pun intended), word of mouth and looking after our customers. A bunch of fake accounts trying to extort $150 out of us isn’t going to change that.

To everyone who has supported Camilleri Concrete over the years — thank you. It genuinely helps. 👍

Excavation and base preparation completed at Sefton Park for CHALMERS BUILDING CO.

Next up ➡️ steel fixing and concrete next week.

We’ve been knocking over plenty of extensions lately, and one of the big advantages of using Camilleri Concrete is we can handle the whole concrete package:

One crew. From dirt to finished concrete.
