Meet George 👋

A proud night owl 🌙 His best ideas tend to arrive long after everyone else has gone to bed!

If he could instantly master any instrument, it would be the harmonica 🎵 Those bluesy tunes and the way they can swing from joyful to heartbreaking are right up his alley.

What George prioritises most in his role is remembering that every participant is unique 💛 There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to support, and he’s passionate about working alongside each person in a way that suits their individual needs and goals.

If you enjoy working with independent support workers, definitely give them a look! Their collective model means workers support each other, participants can be matched with the right fit, and there’s backup coverage when needed. A really smart approach to flexible, reliable support 🙌
