Landscaping is underway, the interiors are being polished, and preparations for handover are just around the corner.
Last night, we visited the site to experience the home in a new light—literally. With the exterior lighting now installed, the architecture glows softly against the evening sky, highlighting its sculptural form and inviting presence.

This is a home defined by curves, light, and grand design. The sweeping lines of the façade, anchored by the dramatic stone pillar at the entrance, create a sense of movement and elegance even from the street. Inside, the architectural language continues—curved walls, open voids, and skylights that fill the space with natural light throughout the day and transition seamlessly into ambient warmth at night.

This week marks an exciting update as cladding installation begins, using CSR Cemintel's Territory range of durable, cement-bonded fibrous particle panels. Selected for both performance and aesthetics, this cladding offers a refined, textural finish that beautifully complements the natural surrounds of Fig Tree Pocket.

Electricians are on site, embedding the essential systems that will power this architecturally ambitious home — from future lighting plans to smart home integrations.

Above, the roof has been expertly completed, providing structure and shelter as the internal works begin to come to life. With eight major structural steel beams now installed, the home’s rear elevation is primed for its dramatic glass façade — a show-stopping feature that will frame sweeping views of both the waterfront and the city skyline.

At this stage, every cable laid and beam secured brings us one step closer to a residence defined by form, function and luxury. From invisible electrical planning to the very bones of its structure, this is where the beauty of the finished build begins its quiet evolution.
