Some examples of the work that I can preform when house lawns have grown out of control.
Most will charge $250+ to do an average house yard in these condition's because they only have standard mowers.
I have powerful slasher mowers that can cut through just about any length and thickness of grass on one pass, reducing time and effort usually saving you half the cost.

Recently put the Case 1194 back into service to deal with the saturated ground due to the wet weather.
Light weight ,more nimble and with 50HP to power a 6 foot slasher.
The reduced weight will cause less impact on the wet ground.

Had to bring the 50HP Case out of retirement due to wet weather and to deal with the notorious"black soil" near the Scone airport.
