If you’re looking for a way to divide and heat a large space, a double sided wood fireplace is the perfect solution.

Each of the Cheminee Philippe double sided wood fireplaces are designed with a dual-opening door system so they can be enjoyed from both sides and seamlessly transition between an open fire and slow combustion heating.

Made in France, the attention to quality and design make these fireplaces a stand out design feature and well suited to open plan, multi-zone living spaces or large commercial and hospitality venues.

Before every fire, a moment of care. 🔥

At Cheminées Philippe, we believe the ritual matters as much as the flame itself. A few minutes, before each fire — that’s all it takes.

Wait until the glass is cold. Spray RUCO onto a damp cloth, paper towel or newspaper, and gently wipe the soot and creosote away. For anything more stubborn, simply repeat.

A note of care: keep RUCO from the cast iron — the glass alone is its purpose.

A few minutes, given freely, for a season of clear, uninterrupted flame. 🔥
