Chalet Wagrain
Located in the Salzburg Alps, Chalet Wagrain seamlessly blends modern design with alpine tradition. Spanning 190 m² of living space and surrounded by a generous 1500 m² outdoor area, it offers an unparalleled living experience defined by light-filled spaces, floor-to-ceiling glass fronts, and premium materials.

The open layout extends across two levels, featuring a gallery that visually expands the living area and a central fireplace that transforms the chalet into a cozy retreat. Dark wood and natural materials provide an elegant contrast to the breathtaking mountain backdrop.

DINO’S APOTHECARY BAR

Transformed in December 2019, Dino’s Apothecary Bar offers 58 seats across an 80 m² guest area. With a style inspired by 1970s New York, the space features cherry wood, brass, and steelwork, evoking the VIP lounges of the legendary PAN AM airline. 🍸

In Vienna’s 19th district, H62 combines the renovation of an existing structure with a new build of seven high-quality residences on a 2,000 m² property. Our team is overseeing the new building, featuring flexible 2- to 5-room units, private outdoor spaces, and an underground garage with 10 spaces.

The building’s facade uses a dynamic mix of wood, stone, and dark plaster, while interiors feature light wood floors, bright tiles, and light wood doors for a welcoming atmosphere. Renovations on the rear building include large windows and premium materials to enhance its character.

2001 marked a transformation for the Albertina. In collaboration with Hans Hollein and under our technical guidance, the historic building was brought back to life. From reopening the old entrance to creating a striking canopy, it’s a project we proudly look back on.
