The renovation work on the listed facade of the Verkehrszentrum (Deutsches Museum) in began in August.

The historic ensemble on Theresienhöhe was built at the beginning of the 20th century to designs by architect Wilhelm Bertsch.

The project focuses on the careful restoration of the historic structure, preserving its distinctive architecture and valuable building substance for the long term.

The steel framework is nearly complete, already revealing the impressive scale and architectural vision of the building.

Up to 120 luxury 4–5 bedroom villas are planned in a scenic beachfront setting, combining modern, luxurious living with nature.

The spacious verandas and terraces extend the living spaces outdoors, complemented by an inner courtyard garden and private pools.

Villa M — the construction has started. 🏗️

The conversion begins with opening up the existing structure.
The living space is being extended towards the garden, and the new extension reconnects the house with its green surroundings. Large window areas of over 25 m² bring plenty of natural light into the spaces, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
