.. many have a job.
few make their hobby their job.
.. many have a room.
few have a hobby house.
.. two live here.
one loves letters,
the other loves plants.
.. a journalist, a florist.
.. surrounded by books and botany,
by horváth's tales from the vienna woods
and the vienna woods themselves.

.. we started counting the copper in our office.
.. a stack of blocks that becomes a table, the basin built into the counter, a pipe running along the radiator.
.. three pieces, one office, one very patient metal.

.. the roofline is taking shape: copper gutters and downpipes routed along the eaves, the solar panels already resting on the roof, garage doors framed in raw concrete below.
.. from above it still reads as a construction site — gravel, markers, the open edges of a foundation. but the copper already hints at what this place will feel like once the forest closes back in around it.

... upstairs, the candles get lit a little earlier these days
.. open for guests all year round

... a vase, folded rather than shaped.
.. the copper catches the light differently on every face, faceted like something between geometry and accident.
.. it holds whatever we cut from the garden that week.
.. small, but it's the first thing you notice on the table.

... autumn found our office before we were quite ready for it.
.. the pergola still half hidden in green, but the grass around it has already started turning gold — the garden doesn't wait for a date on a calendar.
.. rain hanging in the air instead of falling, the willow slower than usual, and our fire pit sitting quiet, waiting for the first evening it gets used again.

.. before a house has a shape, it has a language — oak, old wood, brass, a scrap of fabric, laid out like a sentence waiting to be written
.. every material carried its own instruction: the oak for warmth at eye level, the old wood for a beam that remembers where it came from, the brass for the one detail you touch without thinking
.. years later, walking through the rooms, the board is still legible — in the grain of a beam, the weight of a curtain, the small cold shape of a door handle
.. a house built the way it was imagined

.. swipe through and follow the process — from finished house to realistic rendering to mass model.
.. it started with nothing but a shape — no stone, no light, just an idea taking form.
.. then came the first render: material, texture and light giving the idea a sense of reality. and finally, the finished house — where what was once drawn becomes something you can touch.
