🎓 Secondary Education: What comes after primary school?

Yesterday, we hosted our online information evening “Secondary Education & Other Possibilities for Children of 10 and Older” for parents in our CINT community.

Together with our expert Ingrid Gehrke, we explored the different options for secondary education in Austria, school requirements, registration procedures and deadlines, as well as schools with special focuses such as business, technology, forestry and more.

A big thank you to Ingrid Gehrke for sharing her expertise! It was a great opportunity for parents to gain a better understanding of the Austrian education system and exchange experiences with others in our international community. 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined us! We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming CINT events.

Step into the hidden side of Graz with us! 🏛️✨

We’ll wander through the historic city centre on a guided tour and discover some of the beautiful and hidden courtyards tucked away behind Graz’s historic facades. From charming inner courtyards to architectural gems, this is your chance to see the city from a different perspective. 👀📸

And the experience doesn’t stop there! After the tour, we’ll be heading to City Hall, where we have the honour of meeting a representative from the mayor’s office. This is your chance to get a look behind the scenes of city politics and discover your new home from a different perspective. 🤝💚

We especially recommend newcomers to join this special introduction to Graz, but everyone is welcome! ✍️

Great conversations start with listening 💚

Today’s meeting with Aarushi led right away to not only new ideas but also concrete plans on how to strengthen CINT’s support when it comes to job perspectives and the challenges of building a career abroad.

What a wonderful exchange and what a remarkable journey Aarushi has had!

Thank you, Aarushi, for your valuable contribution!

Now, we are rolling up our sleeves together to turn these ideas and plans into reality for our wonderful CINT community.

Have an idea, suggestion or experience you would like to share with us? We’d love to hear from you! 💬

Another inspiring milestone in our “Personal & Professional Compass” workshop series! 🚀

Yesterday, Angela Messner-Lipp from the Career Center of the University of Graz led our third and final workshop, “Let’s Do It: Job Interviews, Simulations & Presentation Techniques.” Participants had the opportunity to practice frequently asked interview questions, work through realistic interview scenarios, and strengthen their self-presentation and body language. 💼✨

A huge thank you to Angela Messner-Lipp and the Career Center of the University of Graz for sharing their expertise and to everyone who joined us and actively participated in this hands-on session!

It’s great to see our CINT community building confidence, developing new skills, and taking the next steps in their professional journey in Austria.
