Auflösung – jetzt ist zu erkennen, was hier entsteht! 💪

In den letzten Posts haben wir euch Schritt für Schritt Einblicke in unser aktuelles Stahlbau-Projekt gegeben. Heute kommt die Auflösung:

Bei der Konstruktion handelt es sich um eine Lorenbahn für ein Pflastersteinwerk. Über diese Anlage werden die fertigen Betonwaren aus der Produktion herausgefördert und für den weiteren Materialfluss bereitgestellt.

Von der Konstruktion bis zur Umsetzung: Wir bauen und reparieren für unsere Kunden Stahlbau-Komponenten an Industrieanlagen und erweitern damit unsere Möglichkeiten zusätzlich zu unserem Formenbau – auch bei anspruchsvollen individuellen Projekten.

The reveal – now you can see what we’ve been building! 💪

Over the last few posts, we’ve been giving you a step-by-step look at one of our latest steel fabrication projects. Today, it’s time for the reveal:

The structure is a transfer trolley system for a concrete paving stone plant. It is used to transport finished concrete products out of the production area and into the next stage of the material flow.

From engineering to implementation, we build and repair steel components for industrial plants, expanding our capabilities in addition to our existing mold making and allowing us to support our customers with even more demanding, customized projects.

🏗️ Premiere bei Zenith – ein neues Projekt nimmt Form an!

Diesmal entsteht bei uns keine Form, sondern etwas ganz anderes. 👀

Aktuell arbeiten wir an einem besonderen Kundenprojekt: einer individuell entwickelten Stahlkonstruktion für den Produkttransport in der Pflastersteinfertigung.

Die ersten Meter sind bereits gebaut – und die ersten Tests laufen erfolgreich. 💪⚙️

Was genau hier entsteht und welche Aufgabe die fertige Anlage später übernimmt, verraten wir noch nicht.

In den nächsten Beiträgen nehmen wir euch Schritt für Schritt mit und zeigen euch, wie das Projekt bei uns wächst.

🏗️ A first for Zenith – a new project is taking shape!

This time, we’re not building a mould – we’re working on something completely different. 👀

We are currently working on a special customer project: a custom-built steel structure designed to support product transportation within a concrete paving production facility.

The first few metres are already in place – and the initial tests are running successfully. 💪⚙️

What exactly are we building, and what role will the finished system play? We’re not revealing everything just yet.

Over the next few posts, we’ll take you behind the scenes and show you the progress step by step.

Handwerk, Präzision und Erfahrung – Palisadenformen made by ZENITH. 🔧

Aktuell entsteht in unserer Fertigung eine neue Palisadenform für einen unserer geschätzten Kunden.

Was später nach einer fertigen Form aussieht, ist das Ergebnis vieler einzelner Arbeitsschritte. Gerade bei einer Palisadenform sind handwerkliches Können, Erfahrung und höchste Präzision gefragt. Vom einzelnen Bauteil bis zur fertig montierten Form muss alles exakt zusammenspielen.

Unsere Bilder geben heute einen kleinen Einblick in die laufende Fertigung – und zeigen, wie viel echtes Handwerk und Know-how in einer solchen Form steckt.

Qualität entsteht nicht erst beim fertigen Produkt – sondern bei jedem einzelnen Arbeitsschritt.

We are currently manufacturing a new palisade mould for one of our valued customers.

What ultimately looks like a finished mould is the result of many individual production steps. Especially when manufacturing a palisade mould, craftsmanship, experience and maximum precision are essential. From the individual components to the fully assembled mould, everything has to work together perfectly.

Today’s pictures give a small insight into the manufacturing process – and show how much craftsmanship and know-how goes into producing a mould like this.

Quality doesn’t start with the finished product – it starts with every single step of the process.
