Job Description: Accountant, Project Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Sales and Marketing (Portuguese and English fluency required)
Company Afritrack Angola is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions: Accountant, Project Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Sales Representative. The ideal candidates should possess fluency in both Portuguese and English languages.
1. Accountant:
• Responsibilities: Managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and conducting audits.
• Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial software and tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant accounting degree.
2. Project Engineer:
• Responsibilities: Overseeing project planning, ex*****on, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
3. Quantity Surveyor:
• Responsibilities: Estimating project costs, preparing bills of quantities, conducting cost analysis, and managing procurement activities.
• Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
4. Sales and Marketing Representative:
• Responsibilities: Identifying and acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
• Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
