We are proud to celebrate the inspiring journey of Kledina Sallaku, a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, co-funded by the Chevening Scholarship Programme and Agikons ShPK.

Kledina is currently pursuing a master's degree in Architectural Computation at The Bartlett School of Architecture, where she is exploring how programming, computational algorithms, and artificial intelligence can be leveraged to develop innovative digital solutions for architecture and the built environment.

Upon completing her studies, Kledina aims to return to Albania to support architecture and engineering firms in adopting artificial intelligence and computational methods within their design processes.
At Agikons ShPK, we believe that investing in education, innovation, and young talent is an investment in the future.

Aktualisht, Kledina po ndjek studimet në Architectural Computation në
The Bartlett School of Architecture, ku fokusohet në përdorimin e programimit, algoritmeve kompjuterike dhe inteligjencës artificiale për të zhvilluar zgjidhje inovative për arkitekturën dhe industrinë e ndërtimit.

Pas përfundimit të studimeve, Kledina synon të rikthehet në Shqipëri për të kontribuar në transformimin dixhital të sektorit të arkitekturës dhe inxhinierisë.

Turquoise Marina po shënon një kapitull të ri për zhvillimin turistik dhe rezidencial në bregdetin shqiptar.

I zhvilluar nga AGIKONS, ky projekt ambicioz në zonën e Gjiri i Lalëzit po transformon Hamallaj në një destinacion modern dhe elitar të Adriatikut. Me një sipërfaqe prej 350,000 m², Turquoise Marina është konceptuar si një ekosistem i ri urban me densitet të ulët ndërtimi, hapësira të gjelbra dhe sisteme ujore që krijojnë një mënyrë jetese të lidhur drejtpërdrejt me detin.
Një nga elementet më unike të projektit është marina rezidenciale me mbi 200 poste ankorimi dhe një sipërfaqe ujore prej 35,000 m², që u mundëson banorëve të lundrojnë me varkë apo jaht deri në pragun e shtëpisë.
