Engineering Contracting Company (ECC Contracting) has been awarded the construction contract for Capria East and Capria West in Ghaf Woods by Majid Al Futtaim. Capria West covers approximately 164,122 m², while Capria East spans around 131,497 m², comprising a total of 1,267 residential apartments ranging from 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units and duplex residences, forming a key residential cluster within the wider Ghaf Woods master community. The project is being delivered under the consultancy of SSH International, with cost consultancy by JLL, reflecting a collaborative approach aimed at achieving high standards of quality, cost efficiency, and design integrity.

Positioned within Ghaf Woods, Dubai’s first forest living community and one of the city’s most ambitious green master developments, Capria East and Capria West are designed as nature-integrated residential communities that emphasize sustainable, community-focused living. Inspired by the Ghaf tree, the development blends contemporary architecture with extensive landscaped environments, creating a balanced lifestyle that connects urban convenience with natural serenity.

ECC Contracting will execute the works using value engineering principles, lean construction methodologies, and advanced project planning systems to ensure efficient delivery, quality assurance, and safety excellence across all phases.

Town Square Development, a project by Nshama, is advancing steadily with construction works progressing across Kaya, Elaya, Fia, and Ora under the consultancy of Al Gurg Consultants and Symphony Engineering Consultants.

Spanning four residential buildings, the project is designed to offer modern living environments within one of Dubai’s most sought-after master-planned communities.

Engineering Contracting Company (ECC Contracting) is delivering the construction of all four residential buildings, spanning a total built-up area of 126,247 m². The project has currently achieved 63% completion, marking a significant milestone as works advance across the development.

Once completed, the project will contribute to the continued growth of Town Square as a thriving urban community, reflecting ECC Contracting’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence in delivering large-scale residential developments across Dubai.

ECC Group and Select Group came together for an exciting Padel-friendly tournament held at the Peninsula Plot B Padel Courts, located within the iconic waterfront community of Peninsula in Business Bay.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of one of Dubai’s most dynamic urban destinations, the event combined sport, energy, and collaboration in a truly unique setting. The world-class waterfront community living environment added a distinctive charm to the experience, making the matches even more memorable.

The initiative carried a meaningful purpose as “Padel for Good,” where both groups contributed to community support. Household items, clothing, books, and essential goods were collected and donated to support underprivileged families through Beit Al Khair’s Community Program. The tournament reflected strong camaraderie and a shared commitment to giving back—bringing both organisations in a spirit of healthy competition, connection, and meaningful social impact.

He highlighted how competitiveness can be strengthened through continuous innovation across the project lifecycle, from pre-contract stages including design optimization, pricing strategies, and value engineering, to post-contract ex*****on focused on time, cost, quality, and environmental performance.
