As part of the iconic House of Hype (HOH) project at Dubai Mall, this remarkable creation was brought to life through the collaboration of 400+ engineers, architects, project managers, technicians, skilled workers, and specialists. Supported by over 50 tons of steel, the HOH project stands as a true marvel of modern engineering, design, and immersive entertainment.

Proudly developed under Fiesta Holding, with design, engineering, and technical ex*****on by Atrium Technical Services, and fit-out & construction delivered by Arcus Contracting.

Inspired by the soft, flowing silhouette of the world's friendliest ghost, this concept challenges conventional design by transforming a simple structure into a sculptural landmark. Every curve is intentionally crafted to evoke curiosity, soften the building's presence, and create an experience that feels both playful and iconic.
