AC LEAKING WATER? ANOTHER INSPECTION IN DUBAI MARINA

Another call-out for Kayan Al Zaman Building Contracting LLC, this time to investigate ongoing AC water leakage at a property in Dubai Marina.

Our inspection identified several problems that were contributing to water dripping from the AC system:

💧 Drip tray overflowing – water was accumulating and overflowing instead of draining correctly.

❄️ Missing AC pipe insulation – exposed cold pipes were creating condensation, resulting in continuous water droplets.
