📢 WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary, ideal for individuals who are confident in generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and build a strong client network
• Meet potential clients and understand project requirements
• Promote our tensile shades, steel structures, tents, and related solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to closing
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieve agreed sales targets and maximize business opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales/business development experience
• Experience in construction, steel structures, tensile structures, or related industries is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Existing client/network connections will be an advantage
• UAE market experience preferred
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
💰 Compensation: Commission-based
