A New Vision for "Customer Care Center": Our Latest Completion for Dubai Holding Real Estate ✨

​I am so proud to finally share a look inside the new "Meraas and Nakheel Customer Care Center".

​This wasn’t just about designing a service space; it was about creating a landmark destination within the new 7-building campus we designed at The Palm Jumeirah. At MuchMore, our architectural goal was to take the "waiting room" (1000 sqm Building) out of the experience and replace it with the feeling of a world-class hotel lounge.

​Why this project is special to us:

○ The Heart of the Campus: As the primary touchpoint for residents and guests, this building sets the tone for the entire architectural masterplan we completed.

○ Architecture that Breathes: We designed the soaring circular atrium to flood the space with natural light, centered by a sculptural "canopy" that brings the outdoors in (the new extension Lobby).

○ Tactile Luxury: From the rich marble textures to the warm, curved timber walls, every detail was chosen to make visitors feel at home.

​Seeing this vision come to life on the Palm for Dubai Holding Real Estate has been an incredible journey for the whole team at MuchMore.
