Hiring: HR Officer (Attendance, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll & Recruitment)
Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Officer who will manage key human resource functions including attendance tracking, employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll preparation, and recruitment. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management
Monitor and record employee attendance and leaves.
Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding paperwork.
Support exit process, clearance, and documentation for departing staff.
Payroll Support
Collate attendance and leave data for payroll.
Coordinate with finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Recruitment
Post job ads, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
Assist in hiring process and maintain candidate records.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience in HR operations, payroll, or recruitment is an advantage.
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
