The horizontal lines of the facades formed by the balconies are a reflection of the sea. The curved edge profiles of the terraces of the buildings with their embedded light strips are taken from the luxury yachts slipping silently by. The building has been designed with carefully chosen façade materials which are minimal and yet rich in looks.

This façade will reflect different lighting throughout the day, particularly during the mornings and the evenings when the curved panels will produce a more dramatic effect.
