Our team was pleased to attend the recent soft opening of Al Sharqi Shipping ’s new multi-purpose storage facility.

EIP was proud to support this project by providing insulated panel solutions tailored to the facility’s operational requirements.

Our scope included more than 16,700 sqm of Hidden-Fix Wall Panels (HFW), 15,500 sqm of Trapezoidal Roof Panels (TRP 40/333), and 8,000 sqm of Cold Store Panels (CSP), together with the required flashings and accessories.

These solutions support the long-term performance of the building envelope and its temperature-controlled storage areas.

We thank Al Sharqi for the invitation and wish the team every success with the new facility.

Every EIP panel undergoes strict quality inspection at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Key quality inspections include ;
• Coating thickness - to verify compliance with project specifications
• Metal sheet thickness - to ensure dimensional consistency and quality
• Colour consistency - to maintain a uniform appearance across panels
• Insulation core thickness - to ensure compliance with the specified thermal insulation requirements for each project
• Foam density - to verify consistency and compliance with the specified PIR (polyisocyanurate) core density
• Pressure testing - to assess panel integrity and performance

From the metal facings and insulation core to the finished panel, every parameter is inspected against defined requirements to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistency, and product quality.

EIP has proudly supplied over 42,000 sqm of insulated panels for a new logistics facility, delivering high-quality solutions across its roof, walls, and cold stores.

The project scope includes:
• 25,000+ sqm of Trapezoid Roof Panels (TRP)
• 9,000+ sqm of Hidden-Fix Wall Panels (HFW)
• 7,000+ sqm of Cold Store Panels (CSP)
