WE’RE HIRING | INTERIOR DESIGNER

KART Group is looking for a talented UAE-based Interior Designer with a minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team.

The role will involve developing design concepts and visualizations, space planning, FF&E and material selections, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and presenting design proposals. You’ll also collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors and project teams to ensure each concept is translated successfully from design through ex*****on.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Proficiency in 3Ds MAX, AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning & material selection
• Experience in Concept Design & Space Planning
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Ability to manage timelines, priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and industry standards

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: UAE

The Emirati architect Arch Mustafa Khamash’s obsession with design traces all the way back to his childhood. “I remember spending long moments in my family home,” he told . “I would study the way light moved across textured walls and how the furniture created space for people to connect.”

At that time, Khamash did not yet have a language to describe his preferences. “But I always felt comfort in restraint,” he says. Rather than gravitating towards maximalism or decorative excess, he favoured spaces defined by balance and calmness. Today, that same philosophy continues to shape the work of his interior design studio Kart Group.
