Visa Investors Dubai ⬇️

What is this ? ℹ️

Thanks to your property, you can obtain a visa. 2 types of visas are available : 2 years and 10 years.*

1️⃣ Theses visas can be renewed as many times as to wish and also apply to you family members ( spouse & children).

2️⃣ You can have a 2 years residency visa if you buy a property with minimum value of AED 750 000 in Dubai. You will be able to apply for 2 years investor visa. In accordance with the taskeen program of the Dubai Land Department.
If the property is purchased with a loan, 50 % of its value must be paid at the time of application.

3️⃣ Investor visa ( Golden visa) for réal estate investors. Previously, the main condition for obtaining the investir visa was that the applicant had to make an investment of AED 5 million in the country. Now, this condition is reduced to AED 2 million, with a duration of 5 to 10 years. Worth at least AED 2 million you an apply for this investor visa.

4️⃣ Documents to provide : Each applicant must provide all of the following documents in addition to the documents mentioned above
- Deed of ownership of real estate
- Copy of passport
- Copy of their current visa
- Health insurance
- Bank statement for the last 6 months
- No objection
