Entertain, dine and be social! This communal kitchen is designed to trigger l social opportunities, a cooking island where you can show off your talent and large wide windows on the right that open up to create an indoor outdoor fluidity.

Teal and earthy colors mix with an industrial feel and exposed MEP and structural reinforcement giving that urban life feel.

An elevator lobby transformed into an animated hang out zone. A video art projecting on the linear floor to ceiling ballustrade animate the space so that it triggers curiosity and sparks social interaction!

A transition into the hotel rooms corridor extends the linearity concept on to the doors using signage and lighting. A subtle mixture of a creme stucco textured wall paper, white doors is interrupted by a raw exposed concrete column reminding us of this building’s industrial character. A teal floor and ceiling complement the light walls and add a sense of the depth to the space.

Transitional spaces are opportunities to trigger curiosity and interaction. Here the use of linear elements and mirrors is used to create a playful elevator lobby. Materials are minimalistic and light with an industrial feel that gives the space a contemporary edge.
