𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Hands-on experience in the service, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and operation of air-cooled chillers from multiple manufacturers.
• Thorough knowledge of air-cooled chiller systems, including refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control components.
• Strong understanding of chiller control systems and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) panels, with the ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot alarms, fault codes, and error messages across different chiller brands.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, fans, motors, expansion valves, sensors, and control devices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience in refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance analysis.
• Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to independently identify the root cause of equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective actions.
