Invited to design the 2025 edition of the Forum at , our intervention revisited the expected typology of a speaking space, inviting speakers and guests to sit on the same ground for a truly open conversation.
The space is defined by organic shapes and tactile materials informed by natural landscapes, creating a sanctuary for dialogue amidst the dynamic energy of Downtown Design Dubai.

Capturing the vibrant colors, people, moments, and unexpected textures that define the life of a beautiful project from ex*****on back to its first spark. A reverse journey through the , tracing the Forum from a landscape for open design conversations back to its raw textures and skeletal inception. It is a celebration of the encounters, friendships, and sensory surprises that coordinate when bodies and space finally infuse.

Thankful to and for the opportunity to explore new forms for discussion through this edition’s Forum.

From the onset I intended to be a space beyond the programming sessions, an in-between space where conversations would continue long after the sessions end.

Seeing it used for pause, for grounding, for play, by all the visitors has far exceeded my expectations.
