For this project, our contribution focused on façade material refinement and high end architectural visualization, translating the client’s vision into a photorealistic experience that supports the ex*****on phase.

Through a carefully curated palette of natural stone, warm timber, and landscape integration, every surface was designed to enhance the project’s identity while preserving the original architectural concept.

Not every villa needs to be loud, sometimes calm is the real luxury

In the heart of Riyadh, Al Maathar district, this villa was designed with a soft modern approach, using smooth curves and clean lines to create a sense of comfort from the first glance

The material palette was carefully selected, light stone tones paired with warm bronze accents reflect sunlight in a subtle way, creating a balance between elegance and simplicity, while large glass openings connect the interior with the landscape naturally

Details were the key element, from hidden lighting to the spatial flow, to the entrance landscape that creates a unique arrival experience

Designed as a seamless open hall, the space flows effortlessly from the entrance to the living area and lift lobby, creating a sense of continuity rarely seen. The composition balances warmth and precision rich wood ceilings, sculptural elements, and refined materials layered to craft a truly elevated atmosphere.

At the heart, a timeless olive tree becomes the soul of the space, grounding the design with natural elegance while everything around it speaks the language of modern luxury.
