How do you add a staircase to a building that's already standing?
When access is tight and headroom is limited, micropiles are often the answer: compact rigs, minimal vibration and minimal disturbance to the existing structure, while providing the capacity the new staircase needs.

عندما يكون الوصول ضيقاً والارتفاع محدوداً، تكون الخوازيق الدقيقة (Micropiles) غالباً هي الحل: معدات صغيرة، واهتزازات محدودة، وأقل تأثير على المنشأ القائم، مع توفير السعة اللازمة للدرج الجديد.

Why drill under it instead of digging through it?
For deep sewer lines, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) offers real advantages: less disruption to traffic and surface activity, fewer conflicts with existing utilities, and better control at depth. Where an open trench would be deep, wide and costly, HDD is a practical alternative.
At SAEC, we are delivering the shafts that support HDD installation of a new sewage pipeline at depths of 14 to 20 metres.

تنفيذ أساسات للبنى التحتية الحيوية يتطلب تخطيطاً واختباراً وانضباطاً في كل خازوق، وهذا هو المعيار الذي يعمل به فريق SAEC.
