Most people look at solar panels and see energy. We look at the rails and see safety.
We were out on a site visit in Harare recently and noticed a system that was struggling. The panels were top-tier, but the workmanship on the mounting was failing. The rails were shifting, putting stress on the glass and the roof.
In the Zimbabwean heat, metal expands and contracts. If your rails aren't aligned with precision and anchored properly, you aren't just losing efficiency—you’re risking your investment.
What we did:
We didn't just "tighten a few bolts." We stripped back the poorly installed sections and did it the Electrohard way:
* Level & True: Re-aligning the rails to ensure the panels sit perfectly flat, preventing micro-cracks in the cells.
* Secure Anchoring: Using high-quality mounting kits designed to withstand high winds and heavy rain.
* Neatness: Routing the cables through the rails so nothing is left dangling or exposed to the elements.
* Why it matters: Solar is a 20-year investment. Poor workmanship on the "invisible" parts like rails can cut that lifespan in half. We value doing it right the first time so you don't have to pay to fix it a second time.
The Result: A rock-solid array that’s ready for whatever the Harare weather throws at it.
