Remember when preparing to get a borehole drilling, there is what we call double casing. Double casing is put when the formation on top is loose.. Soils like sand, clay, red soils usually are loose and need double casing... Double casing protects the hole to avoid soil getting inside the borehole or pressure breaking the casings.
