A Continuous, Unzoned Topography
The illusion of a singular, unified entity is further reinforced by the project's connective tissue. Rather than relying on traditional, strictly segregated lobbies and elevator cores to divide uses, a highly porous, publicly accessible infrastructure weaves the entire mass together.
Fluid Circulation: A labyrinthine network of stairs, ramps, escalators, and walkways completely dissolves the boundaries between the cultural, commercial, and public realms.
The Fifth Facade: This continuous architectural promenade draws the public realm vertically through the clustered volumes, neutralizing traditional mixed-use boundaries and culminating in a cascading, singular landscape of elevated rooftop terraces.

*How to install Floor Tiles on concrete slab*

Installing ceramic or porcelain tiles over a concrete slab is a durable and rewarding DIY project. Follow these steps to ensure a professional-looking, long-lasting finish.

*Phase 1: Preparation and Materials*

*Required Tools & Materials:*

*Tools:* Notched trowel (size based on tile size), tile cutter/wet saw, rubber grout float, bucket for mixing, drill with mixing paddle, spirit level, measuring tape, chalk line, spacers, and a rubber mallet.

*Materials:* Floor tiles, thin-set mortar (modified), grout, tile spacers, and a high-quality crack-isolation membrane (optional but recommended).

*Preparation Steps:*
1. *Inspect the Slab:* The concrete must be fully cured (at least 28 days old), clean, dry, and level. Fill any cracks or holes with a concrete patching compound and sand down high spots.

2. *Clean the Surface:* Remove all dust, grease, wax, or sealers. A clean surface is vital for proper mortar adhesion.

3. *Plan the Layout:* Find the center of the room by snapping chalk lines between the midpoints of opposite walls. Lay out tiles dry (without mortar) from the center to ensure you don't end up with tiny, awkward cuts at the edges.

*Phase 2: Installing the Tiles*

1. *Mix the Mortar:* Mix your thin-set mortar according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a smooth, peanut-butter consistency. Let it "slake" (rest) for about 5–10 minutes, then remix.

2. *Apply Mortar:* Spread the mortar onto the slab using the flat side of the trowel to key it in, then use the notched side to comb it into ridges. Hold the trowel at a 45-degree angle to create consistent ridges. Work in small sections so the mortar does not dry before you lay the tiles.

3. *Set the Tiles:* Place the tile onto the mortar bed and press firmly, sliding it slightly perpendicular to the ridges to collapse them and ensure full coverage. Use a rubber mallet to tap the tiles into place.

4. *Use Spacers:* Insert tile spacers
