PLATE COMPACTOR HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Hire Rate
The hire charge is US$50 per day.
Payment must be made before the machine is released.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit may be required before collection.
The deposit will be returned after inspection of the machine.
3. Collection & Return
The machine must be returned on the agreed date and time.
Late returns will be charged an additional US$50 per day.
4. Fuel
The machine is supplied with fuel.
It must be returned with the same fuel level.
5. Damage
The client is fully responsible for any damage occurring during the hire period.
Repair costs resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents shall be paid by the client.
6. Loss or Theft
The client is responsible for the machine until it is returned and inspected.
In case of theft, loss, or irreparable damage, the client shall pay the full replacement value of the machine.
7. Operation
Only competent and responsible persons may operate the machine.
The machine must be used strictly for compaction purposes.
8. Breakdowns
Any breakdown must be reported immediately.
Clients must not attempt repairs without authorization from Step Forward Construction Company.
9. Identification
A copy of a National ID, Driver's Licence, or Passport is required before hiring.
10. Agreement
By hiring the machine, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
